1. Does Krug ship globally?

We ship to every state in Australia, and many International countries, which you can view here.

2. What are the costs of shipping?

We supply free shipping within Australia, express shipping at a fee. International Shipping at a fee.

3. Do Krug products have warranty?

4. What is the Return Policy?

Our goal at Krug is to provide quality products, if a customer is not happy with what they have received, they are open to contact us on, support@krugtimepieces.com and we will assist them with any issues.

5. How long does shipping take?

Australian shipping would take between 2-5 business days, however there is the option to go express or next day delivery which will incur additional charges.

International shipping can take from 6-14 business days, potentially longer. You may elect to choose express shipping at an extra cost.

6. How is the product shipped?

Our products are shipped with Australia post. The products are shipped in protective wrapping so that they can be delivered and received in the prestigious quality they were originally made as.

7. What if the product does not fit or i don’t like it?

Our leather and mesh bands are a one size fit, if there is any issue with the products not fitting, please contact us at; contact@krugtimepieces.com

Our Steel bands are required to be re-sized for a perfect fit after purchase, this process is easily done at any local jeweller or watch maker. Please contact us if any issues occur. contact@krugtimepieces.com
